About me.
I'm Rabi Ibrahim, a Senior Staff Engineer leading backend R&D at Kinaxis in Ottawa. Before that I spent 8 years at Amazon building payment and security systems at scale on AWS.
Along the way I've interviewed more than 200 engineers and I still interview every month. I know what strong hiring looks like from both sides of the table.
